Meet the Team
Scott Northcott
Director
Founder, Scott Northcott, has 27 years’ fully certified experience in gas, oil, LPG and plumbing. Help for Heating enables Scott to spend the time and provide the attention needed to help customers with their heating problems. Together with a history working in energy, renewable energy, private and commercial gas and oil service and installation as National Operations Manager for a large national, as well as heating and boiler companies, starting as a gas engineer. He recruits the best talent to provide the best possible diagnosis, service and outcome, from the moment a client calls to delivery and completion. Supply chain and knowing what customers want is key.

Office Manager
An experienced office manager Samantha runs the office and is always on hand if necessary, working together with Scott to provide an unparalleled service of competence and professionalism. This enables Help for Heating to provide a winning combination
of gas, oil, LPG services in Bristol, Bath, the surrounding areas and to grow the team.
